Is this safe for client data?
Yes. Assistants run inside your own Microsoft 365 and Azure, under the same security and agreements you already have with Microsoft. Nothing is copied to our systems, and nothing new is opened to the outside world.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
There is no official HIPAA certification for software or consultants; what matters is how health information is handled. We build inside your Microsoft 365 and Azure, which Microsoft covers under its own Business Associate Agreement, and we sign one with you before working with any health information.
Will my staff have to learn new software?
No. Assistants work in Outlook, Teams and Word. Every Build includes training for the people who will use them.
What does it cost?
A Map starts at $3,500 and is credited toward your first Build. A Build starts at $10,000 per assistant. Run starts at $1,000 a month. Microsoft and AI usage is billed to your own subscription, so you see every dollar.
